Identity and access

Enforce single sign-on, require two-factor authentication for anyone who signs in with a password, and restrict access to known IP ranges. SCIM keeps your user list in sync so leavers lose access the moment they are deactivated.

Data protection and GDPR

Export everything held about a customer or anonymise them across threads, messages and contacts in one action. Retention policies delete old threads automatically. Integration credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
