Integration

Threadbox with Salesforce

Support agents answer better when they know who they are talking to. The Salesforce app looks up the customer's email in Salesforce and shows the contact, account, owner and open opportunities in the thread sidebar, so nobody has to switch tabs to check whether this is a key account.

Pair it with rules to prioritise threads from strategic accounts, and with an action so the AI agent can answer questions that depend on account data.

What you get

  • Matching contact and account in the Threads sidebar
  • Account owner and open opportunities at a glance
  • One click through to the record in Salesforce
  • CRM-aware answers from the AI agent through actions
  • Escalations routed to the account owner's team with rules

Customer context in every thread

When a thread opens, Threadbox queries Salesforce for the contact by email and shows the account, title, owner and open opportunities. A link opens the record in Salesforce for anything more.

Prioritise the accounts that matter

Use contact and company fields in rules to raise priority, route to a named team or notify the account owner when a strategic customer writes in.

AI answers with CRM data

A custom action pointed at the Salesforce REST API lets the AI agent read plan, renewal date or entitlement fields and tailor its answer, while guardrails keep sensitive fields out of replies.
